About accepting your orders

If payment is not completed within 3 business days of your order, our ordering system will automatically cancel your order.


About returns and replacements

<Returns and replacements>

In principle, we do not accept returns due to customer reasons such as incorrect selection of purchased products or different images.

We accept returns for defective products, damaged products during transportation, wrong packaging, etc. that are caused by our store.

<Notifications>

Please check the products as soon as possible after receiving.

If you have any problems with the delivered items such as defective items, please contact us by e-mail within 7 business days after receiving the item.

Please note that we will not be able to respond after the period.

<Cases that cannot be handled as returns>

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases,.

  1. Items returned without contacting our shop
  2. Items that have been received for more than 8 days
  3. Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer

<Replacements>

When we receive the returned product from the customer, we will promptly send you a replacement product.

Please note that if we cannot make the replacement due to inventory conditions, we may ship an equivalent replacement or full refund the order after receiving returns.

<Shipping costs for returns>

Please bear the return shipping costs and return the products by way of trackable shipping method.

If we are responsible for not delivering your order to you, we will give you a full refund.

Cancellations due to customer reasons are non-refundable.
