Shipping Policy (for international customers)


Reliable International Shipping

Saikyu ship worldwide, especially US, Europe, Asia, and Japan.

Any orders have a tracking service to ensure the delivery.

You will be notified tracking number via email so that you can get tracking information.


Handling Time and Combined Shipping

Orders generally ship within one or two business days of receipt (shipping days Monday through Friday).

If you order multiple items at the same time, we strive to ship together, but please understand there may be cases where an order is divided into multiple shipments that may not always arrive at your location on the same day.


Our Carrier and Destination

All packages shipped via Japan Post must be delivered to a physical street address. Japan Post will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Express Shipping

We will ship via expedited shipping (EMS) upon your request.

Import Duty

Saikyu never accept an "undervalue" request for Customs declaration.

Any custom duties which may occur in the respective country must be your responsibility. This is particularly the case for UK / EU / South American with strict custom rules. If you reject package due to this, we will refund the product minus restock fee and shipping costs.


Returned or Rejected

In case of returned or rejected (Item back to us) regardless of the reason, we will refund the product minus restock fee and shipping costs. For restock fee, please refer to Returns Policy.

Additional Shipping Fee
