  •  Once we have received your payment, orders are processed immediately (during working hours) by our warehouse and cannot be amended or cancelled.

  • Taxes and Duties
    * For International Customers (Including EU Countries): The price does not include sales tax, VAT or customs duties. Please pay according to the tax rate of each country at the time of import.
    Saikyu Japan cannot provide any information on tax rates.

    * For Japan Domestic Customers: The price includes consumption tax.

  • We cannot refund your order even if you refuse to accept the package on your order.
